Cierra started with Parlour59 in 2023 as the receptionist, but has completed training to be a Manicurist/Nail Technician. She is originally from Mascoutah, Illinois. Cierra is driven to constantly improve her skills and cares very much about getting to know her clients so she can best fulfill their needs. Her ideal client is someone who wants to express themselves through their nails! Cierra enjoys spending time with her cat, Winnie Jane.
